What we collect
When you request a quote we collect only what we need to quote and schedule your job: your name, the phone number or email address you give us, your general location, your vehicle, a description of the damage, and any photos you choose to send. If you call us, our answering service captures the same details so we can call you back.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare your quote, schedule and perform the work, and follow up about that job. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — such as our phone and messaging provider — and only so they can deliver what you asked for.
SMS messaging terms
If you check the SMS consent box on our quote form, text us first, or ask us on the phone to follow up by text, you agree to receive text messages from Priceless Wheel Repair at 409-262-3386. Message types are limited to:
- quote and estimate information for the job you asked about,
- appointment scheduling and confirmations,
- status updates about work in progress.
Message frequency varies and depends on your job. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us; you will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and nothing after that. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or call or text 409-262-3386, or email [email protected].
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold to third parties. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf.
Delivery of text messages depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Automated assistant
When you call or text our business line, you may be answered by Geni, an automated AI assistant — software, not a person. She takes your details and passes them to us. You can ask for a human at any time and we will call you back. Calls and messages handled by the assistant may be recorded and transcribed so we have an accurate record of what you asked for; those transcripts are treated as customer information under this policy and are not sold or shared for marketing.
Photos you send us
Photos of your wheels are used to prepare your quote and are kept with your job record. We do not publish a photo of your vehicle in our work gallery without asking you first.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we need them to service the job, answer warranty questions and meet our record-keeping obligations. To have your information removed, email [email protected] and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can opt out of text messages at any time as described above.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
